Garnet M. Price
Garnet M. Price, 87, of South Charleston, passed away, March 9, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Price.
Garnet was a retail manager at the Diamond Department Store for 12 years.
Surviving are her daughter, Susan Carter of Sugar Hill, Georgia; grandchildren, Lindsey Davis of Sugar Hill, Ga., and Mickey Plumley of Cartersville, Ga.; great-grandchild, Sophia Davis of Sugar Hill, Ga.; brothers, Daniel Burdette of Charleston, and James Burdette of Clendenin; step-sister, Reba Crosier of Sissonville; also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, March 19, at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston, with Pastor Randall Carter officiating. Burial will be in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico.
Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service Saturday at the funeral home.
